All of our work orders are issued with spending limits, so you can rest assured that no major repairs will take place unnecessarily or without certain pre-determined guidelines being met. Repairs that may need to exceed the spending limits require our service providers to submit a detailed quote for us to review and determine the next course of action.

Every service call is reviewed prior to dispatch for new unit warranty and service provider warranty so some repairs may be completed without you even getting a bill for them.
